Documents required for check-in

The boat owner must provide the following documentation

Certificates or current boat registration
Current boat insurance
Valid passport (for the owner and each crew member)
Maritime authorization letter granting permission to operate the vessel, if the vessel is registered to a company or LLC
Valid vessel import permit issued by the Mexican customs authorities.
Upon arrival at the first port of entry in Mexico, go to the immigration office and obtain a tourist entry form for yourself and each passenger on board by presenting a title of ownership of the vessel and a document verifying that the owner of the vessel vessel resides in a foreign country.

Monthly rates are in US dollars and per foot, depending on the length of the boat or berth availability.
Daily rates may vary, please contact the office to review any questions that may arise.
Garbage collection service is included.
The monthly rate is for 30 days (months with fewer or more days may vary).
Water cost: $11 per cubic meter (m3) + VAT
Electricity cost: $0.45 cents per KW + VAT
A deposit of $50 per dock access card.
We have private parking for a special price for guests starting at $75 + VAT monthly.
